As we move from the darkness of Winter into the light as they days grow longer, we initiate our path to resolve and evolve. Our mantra “I wish to grow” will reveal our infinite, abundant potential. Maria will lead you through an innovative and releasing class featuring dynamic flow, world rhythms, and energizing mantras/affirmations. Bring a journal for reflection.
