Intro to Pilates Equipment
Special: 3 classes for $60
(Must Call or Pre-Register through Online Class Schedule -Up to 3 students with 1 Instructor)
See our online schedule for available times. This class is intended for those new to Pilates Equipment. Each class will progress and evolve as you learn basic beginner exercises on the mat, reformer, tower,chairs and barrels. With up to 3 students per teacher you will be sure to receive expert, personal attention to maximize your results. Students may continue with this class as long as you like until you progress to next level.

Pilates Tower
(Must Call or Pre-Register through Online Class Schedule -Up to 3 students with 1 Instructor)
See our online schedule for available times. This is geared toward intermediate Pilates students but advanced Beginners are welcome. Strengthen your whole body from your center out including specialattention on the arms, legs & tush!

5-Week Intro Duet Sessions
Intro Special: 1x/week = $165 2x/week = $325
(Scheduled by appointment with Pilates Instructor to suit your personal schedule- 2 clients per instructor)
Great for any level – This 5 week course will guide you and a partner through a customized Pilates workout specifically for you. If you don’t have a partner to bring with you – give us a call & we’ll pair you up with another client.

Pilates Private, Duet & Triplet Sessions Ongoing
(Scheduled by appointment.with Pilates Instructor to suit your personal schedule)
You can reserve a spot via email, phone call, or through our front desk. When requesting a session please provide full name, contact numbers and email, specify level, and all days and times available.

Private Session – $65
Duet Session – $45 per person
Triplet Session – $35 per person
