What is Pilates?

Developed by Joseph H. Pilates, Pilates is a comprehensive system of exercises designed to progressively improve posture, physical weakness/instability, breathing, concentration, and coordination. If practiced over a period of time, Pilates can reshape your entire body.

Each session offers dynamic movements to strengthen your core and supporting limbs. Offering both Pilates mat and apparatus sessions we are full-spectrum Pilates studio. You will not only feel the difference but also see the difference in your whole being.

About our Staff

All of our Pilates teachers are trained and certified in the classical method of Pilates as taught by Power Pilates in New York City (www.powerpilates.com). We are blessed to have Senior Level instructors that have been part of the Pilates community for at least 2 or more years. Our level of expertise and professionalism is unparalleled.

5 Week Introduction to Pilates Course

For beginners only this 5 week course will guide
you through the Pilates beginner system. Each class
will progress and evolve as you learn basic beginner
exercises on the mat, reformer, tower, chairs and
barrels. Commit to one or two times per week as
your schedule allows. With two students per teacher
you will be sure to receive expert, personal attention
to maximize your results.

Pilates Private and Semi Private Sessions

Scheduled by appointment. You can reserve a spot via email, phone call, or through our front desk. When requesting a session please provide full name, contact numbers and email, specify level, and all days and times available.
