Enhance your teaching style with a mentor. Our experienced yoga and Pilates instructors encourage students to rethink their current teaching methods and assist in developing more refined communication skills. It is a great opportunity to get honest feedback and also tips to correct and enhance your instructing.

Finding the right mentor can be challenging. We’ll help pair you with one of our teachers that best match your personality and style. All of our mentors are friendly and professional. We ask that both parties read and sign a written contract outlining the relationship and expectations.

If you are a new teacher or looking polish your skills, the Ananda Shala mentor program will help you on your path.

• After acceptance in the mentor program, Ananda Shala pairs the student with an experienced teacher.
• The student and teacher hold an initial consultation to discuss the student’s expectations. This consultation is also a time for both parties to get to know each other and determine if they’d like to work together. If agreed, both will sign the mentor program contract.
• Ananda Shala’s Mentor Program is a 6-week series that includes the student shadowing his/her mentor in the mentor’s class, the mentor observing the student’s class and informal meetings to discuss observations.
