Vanessa has been doing yoga for many lifetimes. She is a Certified AcroYoga Instructor, Anusara -Inspired vinyasa teacher and a Thai Yoga Massage practitioner since 2002. She brings a playful intent to her teaching and empowers students to step into the currents of their greatness.
