Designed for expectant women, our gentle Prana Flow® yoga coupled with breath work and meditation will help you adjust to the changes of pregnancy. It will also help you prepare yourself physically, mentally, and emotionally for childbirth and labor and for your life as a parent. Our classes offer a space where you gain strength and flexibility, develop confidence and intuitive powers, and enhance your ability to relax. Connect with your newborn in this special Baby & Me class. Open to new mothers, fathers and caregivers, enjoy this magical baby flow yoga and baby massage. Meet other parents and caregivers, regain strength in the mind and body and play with your baby at the same time.
Family Yoga Classes

Bring the kids and enjoy yoga as a family! Classes are geared to bring both parents and children together through asana practice and breath work. Parents may bring small toys to ring in a wandering mind. Please refrain from bringing snacks to class.
