Session I: 9 – 11:15 am Ayurvedic Herbs You Can’t Live Without
Ayurveda has successfully used herbs for millenniums to heal the cause of physical and mental imbalances.
Learn which herbs will safely and effectively he lp you lose weight, boost serotonin levels, provide strength and energy, balance your blood sugar, decrease your cholesterol, strengthen your immune system, balancehormones, clear your skin, calm your mind and nervous system, and much more. Dosages and contraindications will also be discussed.

Session II: 12 – 2:30 pm Ayurvedic Breathing and Exercise
Based on Dr. John Douillard’s book Body, Mind, and Sport, learn the latest science behind Ayurvedic nasal breathing techniques and discover how you can take a meditative alpha state and coherent brain waves into both your exercise and your life. Using principles taught to Martina Navratilova, Billie Jean King, and the New Jersey Nets, experience “living in the eye of the hurricane” and enjoy exercise – possibly for the first time ever! Please bring workout clothes for Session II.
