Pilates Instructor

Bianca developed a love for yoga and pilates over a decade ago as a teenager and dove into her practice head first while attending college in Boulder, Colorado. She found both styles of mind-body fitness very helpful in promoting overall well-being. After injuring her hip during childbirth, Bianca became serious about pilates and discovered the benefits of using the apparatus while healing her hip and getting her strength back, post-partum. Quick results inspired her to become a certified pilates instructor. She certified through Power Pilates in mat and apparatus and completed Shiva Rea’s Prana Vinyasa Flow Yoga 200 hour with Maria Garre.

She recently returned to work after having her third baby and is so grateful for the inner strength and balance that yoga and pilates provide. Bianca taught pilates mat and equipment classes in the Frederick, Maryland area and also served the community as a holistic consultant.

Bianca is currently teaching yoga and pilates in Boulder, Colorado.

A native of Tennessee, Lori Love took a circuitous path to become a yoga and Pilates teacher. She graduated from the University of Tennessee with a B.S. degree in journalism, and spent many years in property management, sales and marketing, and corporate training. She was introduced to the practices of yoga and Pilates in 2003 by Maria Garre while teaching spin classes. After reaping immeasurable physical and mental benefits for herself, Lori decided to share these practices with others through teaching. She is currently completing 200-hour yoga certification with Maria Garre through Shiva Rea’s teacher training program, and has studied with Shiva Rea, Stephanie Keach, Desiree Rumbaugh and Angela Farmer. Lori also received beginner and intermediate mat certifications from Power Pilates, and has completed System Level 1 training for apparatus.
